How Much Screen Time is OK for My Child?

The American Academy of Pediatrics has recommended two (2) hours of screen time as the standard limit. If your child is a toddler through 2nd or 3rd grade, I think this is appropriate.
For kids in 3rd or 4th grade through middle school, I recommend the one-for-one guideline. Kids can earn one hour of screen time for every hour of homework, reading, or chores.
I know the fight for screen time isn't an easy battle, but it’s worth your time and effort. May the force be with you! 🤜🏼
