At Tots & Tykes, we have two locations in Fort Worth and Arlington. We offer appointments for:


• Well-Child Check-up

• Immunizations

• Sports Physical


FWISD first day of school is August 11th

Arlington ISD first day of school is August 12th


Be sure to bring your school’s paperwork for their sports physical so we can sign it during your visit! If you do not have your form(s) and call us to have a form signed, it can take up to three (3) business days to get back to you. Our first priority is the patients we are seeing.
