Do you need a Well-Child Check-up, Immunizations, or a Sports Physical? Please call ASAP for an appointment. As we enter August, appointments become scarce due to the back-to-school rush.

Be sure to bring your school’s paperwork for their sports physical so we can sign it during your visit! If you do not have your form(s) and call us to have a form signed, it can take up to three (3) business days to get back to you. Our first priority is the patients we are seeing.
