Tots & Tykes Pediatrics is accepting new patients from newborn to 13 years of age at both locations. You can find us at:

• 3201 Western Center Blvd, Suite 125 in Fort Worth

• 4311 Little Rd in Arlington

Tots & Tykes takes most private insurance, self-pay patients, and Medicaid. Please note that we cannot make an appointment for you unless Dr Poquiz/Tots & Tykes Pediatrics is your current primary care provider.

A parent or legal guardian must be present on the first visit so they can fill out new patient paperwork. Hablamos español.
